Rust-Oleum cleaner and degreaser is a concentrated formula ideal for breaking down oil, grease stains, tire marks, dirt, harmful silicates and more. Universal cleaner will work prior to application of all concrete coatings including rock-solid and epoxy shield. Properly cleans and prepares concrete surfaces for application of coatings, paints, stains or sealants. When diluted, works as a general purpose, everyday cleaner and degreaser.
